Returns & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September, 2025. 

At SOLOVA MOVE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be full-priced, unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Sale items and Sample Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund and Store Credit Options

SOLOVA MOVE does not offer exchanges at this time. You may choose one of the following:

1. Refund to Original Payment Method

  • A flat $10.00 Return Fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return processing costs.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

2. Store Credit

  • Receive the full amount of your return with no return fee deducted.

  • Store credit can be used toward any future purchase at SOLOVA MOVE.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The flat $10.00 Return Fee described above applies only if you choose a refund to the original form of payment.

  • If you choose store credit, there is no return fee.

  • Please note that shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • We do not guarantee cancellation if the order has already been placed for picking or shipping by our warehouse.

  • If the order cannot be canceled, you must follow the return process after receiving the item.

  • We will confirm via email whether the cancellation was successful.

Multiple Order Returns

If you need to return items from multiple orders, each order must be processed separately.

  • Each return requires its own label and documentation.

  • We cannot guarantee a refund for items returned together without proper documentation.

Excessive Returns

An excessive number of returns in a 12-month period may result in future order rejections.
